Together with Nienke Oostra of Filosoof Jenever, I produce a craft whisky made with our own mash bill and brewed in Hamburg, Germany. We double-distilled it at the Wagging Finger Distillery in Deventer, put the new make into casks and then let it rest. After just over three years of maturation we bottled the whisky in 2023. The first batch was 75 bottles but I am afraid it is already sold out. Watch this space to find out about the next batch.
